An e-mail is automatically generated and sent to you upon placing an order online.
Should there be a problem with any part of your order we will contact you as soon as we can so that you can decide how you wish to proceed with your order.

Please ensure that all of the details you supply us with are correct as errors may delay your order.
Please make sure that an e-mail address or telephone number is supplied, one that we can reach you on asap as from time to time we may need to contact you to discuss or confirm your order or details. |
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 5 working days although if a product is out of stock this may sometimes vary, we will always let you know if your order is liable to take longer than 5 working days.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as a working day. |
Delivery is charged from £5.95 for most mainland addresses.
Some Scottish postcodes and ALL Irish or overseas addresses may vary in cost but you would be notified of a change in price either at the checkout or before payment is taken. |

We accept the following cards for payment online, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and JCB. |
VAT
All items on our website have VAT included in the price at a rate of 17.5% |
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you decide for any reason you do not want a product that you have purchased please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will happily refund product cost upon receiving the goods back in original condition (For faulty goods return please view our Damaged/Faulty Goods Policy). |
| Please note that when returning unwanted goods the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. The postage cost is your responsibility and we recommend you return by registered post for your peace of mind. |
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
Here at CTC's we take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However should you receive any products in less than perfect condition please contact us and we will arrange an exchange within 30 days.
In this event return postage costs will be met by CTC by refund. |
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please contact us by telephone or e-mail where you will be given a returns number which is to be included on a covering letter inside the parcel as well as written on the OUTSIDE of the parcel for easy reference.
Please return all items in/with all original packaging and condition.
Please ensure that returns are well packaged as you remain responsible for the parcel until we receive it and we cannot refund unwanted parcels that have been damaged during return.
Please include in the parcel a covering letter detailing the reason for return and if faulty what the fault is.
Please include your returns number, order number, name, address and telephone number. |
